About San Marino, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

San Marino is a beautiful, upscale Southern California community.  In 2014, Forbes magazine ranked the city as the 48th most expensive place in the country to live. In 2014, LA Weekly ranked the city as the 3rd most costly area to live in all of Los Angeles County.  It topped Beverly Hills, Malibu, and other very affluent communities. Its proximity to Los Angeles is part of its appeal, of course.  The weather is always beautiful and the citizens are wealthy celebrities and tycoons.  But, more than that, it is a place for the rich and famous to feel comfortable and enjoy their money.

This town is not only affluent, but extremely historic.  The town is the location of the Huntington Library and gardens. In 1919, a kind millionaire, opened a portion of his estate as a library.  People were able to view his amazing collection art, books, and more.  It is still open and it is one of the most amazing places in all of San-Marino.  The architecture alone of the Neoclassical–Palladian mansion, as well as to the surrounding botanical gardens, are amazing.  For the interior to be filled with artifacts, books, art and more is an absolute treasure.  But, of course, you will be indoors and away from the lovely sunny California weather and beach breezes.

If the outdoors are a must for you, then the town of San Marino has you covered. They know what this amazing area and climate has to offer and they have built a stunning wildlife and recreation area that lies in the middle town.  It is Lacy Park, originally named Wilson Lake, which is a 30 acre expanse of green grass and beautiful trees. . A picnic area is often the spot for musical concerts, civic events and charity events.  The park houses two walking loops, six championship tennis courts and a pro shop, and a very special Rose Arbor. It is sixty years old and has long remained a source of beauty and serenity to many San Marino citizens. In recent years the care and maintenance of the Rose Arbor has been partially handled with contributions from residents who have chosen to sponsor specific rose posts.
