About Diamond Bar, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
Diamond Bar is a sunny, happy place… just like the rest of the Southern California coast. Of course, being there doesn’t actually make all of your cares go away… but it may feel that way. It is just the kind of place where people move more slowly and look just a bit tanner and more rested. It is awesome for families, retirees and just about anyone interested in a safe and beautiful suburban home. If you are looking for convenience and comfort, but without the smog, then Diamond Bar should certainly never be overlooked. It has a lot to offer… and the weather is just part of it.
In 1956, the Diamond Bar hadn’t changed much in over 100 years, when it had initially been settled as farmland and was called “Diamond Bar Ranch.” But, the Transamerica Corporation had for Diamond Bar came in and paid $10,000,000 for 8,000 acres of Brea Canyon. There, they master-planned a neighborhood that would boom in the 1960’s, causing Diamond Bar to grow rapidly. Things in this part of the world changed drastically and now over 50,000 people call Diamond Bar home.
If green space is on your mind then you will be glad to know that the town maintains nine parks, trails and other recreation facilities. These parks offer everything from play areas and grills to physical arenas, a Skate Park and conference rooms. The highlight for a lot of the kids will probably be the town’s 10,000 square foot skate park. It is free and going out to skate and enjoy the sun is a perfect way to spend a SoCal day. Bicycles are not allowed, but scooters are. It’s just another way that this little suburb is perfect for families.
